University of Engineering & Management (UEM), Jaipur is organising one- day International Symposium
titled “CYBERSECURITY and its Career Prospects”, on 20th January, 2023. The main objective of the
seminar is to illustrate the comparative application area and job scopes in Machine Learning (ML),
Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Cyber Security both at national and International grounds.
This International symposium on Cyber Security is an unparalleled opportunity to discuss cyber
threat analysis, operations, research, and law enforcement to coordinate various efforts to
create a more secure world. It will serve as a platform for researchers and practitioners from
academia, industry, and government to present, discuss, and exchange ideas that address
real-world problems with security and privacy in communication networks.
Artificial intelligence and machine learning are now an integral part of cyber security.
With cyber-attacks becoming more serious, and in some cases endangering human lives,
artificial intelligence could be the key to Cyber security.
As our lives become more linked with the digital world,cybersecurity will remain a constant.
AI and ML will be some of our strongest allies in the fight. The ‘new normal’ has
increased the job market trends in Cyber Security.
The motto of the session is to build an interactive platform where the researchers,
practitioners, academicians, students and Industry personnel can discuss on design,
analysis, implementation, or application of cyber security, machine learning
systems and networks; and, in particular to develop an awareness amongst the society to
eradicate the risk and threats due to increased Digital applications worldwide.

Institute of Engineering and Management is the first

These have disrupted the employment scenario and created economic inequalities. There are growing fears of mass technological unemployment in near future. The consequences of these technological developments have to be dealt with effectively to save lives.
Massive efforts are needed from HR professionals, industrialists, politicians and governments to retrain manpower and to provide psychological support to the existing manpower. Keeping the current job scenario in mind, the light at the end of the tunnel may be the skill development at junior level jobs.
